Alberto Alemanno is a Professor of European Union Law at HEC Paris Business School and Global Professor of Law at the New York University School of Law.
He holds a LLM from Harvard Law School and the College of Europe and a PhD in International Law & Economics from Bocconi University. In 2014, Alemanno was named Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and one of the European Union's 40 brightest minds by the European Young Leaders programme "40 under 40".
Deeply committed to increasing citizen participation and inclusion at the European level, he is also a Co-Founder and Director of The Good Lobby, which forges partnerships to lobby for the public interest. His latest book LOBBYING FOR CHANGE: Find Your Voice to Create a Better Society (2017), shares an innovative form of DIY citizenship, aimed at empowering ordinary people at a time of unprecedented social, economic and political volatility.
Alberto is also engaged in the Davos World Economic Forum where he recently facilitated a workshop entitled “How to make your voice count”.
